This office practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, this most often takes shape as personal injury actions. These actions are typically car accidents, slip and fall injuries, and dog bites. I have personally however handled boating and motorcycle accidents, sports related injuries, and death claims based on personal negligence.

In civil litigation I practice on a contingency fee basis. What this means is there is no fee unless there is a recovery for the client. I will pay upfront the expenses of litigation and if for some reason you cannot not collect on your claim you owe me nothing.

The bulk of the cases this office handles are in the St. Charles County area but I also handle cases in St. Louis City and County, Lincoln, Warren, and Jefferson County. I always offer a free consultation, but for some matters other than civil litigation I will refer a person with legal questions to lawyers at www.showmelawyergroup.com there are some peers there who handle primarily criminal and immigration matters, also lawyers who speak Spanish and French.
